Private Massage Therapist

Studies have shown massage therapy to be effective in decreasing the severity of chronic musculoskeletal pain. Massage therapy can be used in combination with other disciplines like chiropractic and physical therapy to decrease symptoms and manage pain.
Massage sessions are available in 30-minute, 60-minute and 90-minute sessions, which are performed by a licensed massage therapist in our private massage rooms. You do not need to be an established patient to benefit from our skilled massage therapy services.
There are many different types of massage therapy techniques available depending on your goal and specific needs. Our massage therapist will always tailor the treatment with in your comfort level.
Hot Stone Treatment
This technique involves the use of smooth, heated stones. The massage therapist places the warm stones on specific points of tension and muscle tightness. The localized heat and weight of the stones will warm and relax muscles. This allows the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage therapy uses deeper pressure, which is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. The benefits of deep tissue massage can include reduced anxiety and relief from chronic pain associated with stress or injury.
Trigger Point Therapy
Isolated tightness in one muscle can cause pain in seemingly unrelated parts of the body. Trigger point therapy aims to release these tension points through targeted pressure by releasing constricted areas in the muscles, and thus, alleviating pain.
Sports Massage
Athletes of any kind can benefit from a sports massage. The focus of this session is to target areas of the body that are overused with repetitive movements.
Cupping
Rather than applying pressure to muscles, cupping therapy uses specialized cups to gently pull tissues upward to release tension in the skin, superficial muscle layers, and the fascial layer. Cupping is used to release muscle adhesions, trigger points, and general muscle tension and pain. Light bruising after treatment can be normal.
