  • Referral, if necessary

Are your services covered by insurance?

Yes, services are covered by insurance, but coverage varies per insurance provider. We recommend you confirm coverage of services with your insurance provider beforehand. If benefits are available, we will verify your insurance as a courtesy, but that is not a guarantee of payment. You are ultimately responsible to understand your policy, covered and non-services, and out-of-pocket expenses.
